| Provider Payment Programs Become a Medical Home |
EquityHealth is a direct to consumer broker of Health Care Services. We do not establish formal relationships
with providers, we do however seek discounts from the providers public price. EquityHealth is not an insurance
product.
The EquityHealth program has distinct advantages for providers
1. It costs nothing to participate
2. Pays at the time of service (PayPal)
3. No claims to file
4. No Third party restrictions
5. Simplifies health care delivery
The EquityHealth program gives the health care consumer a device to make payments directly to you, facilitated
by EquityHealth. We are a marketplace for your services.
EquityHealth has a unique currency called Health Care Shares or "Shares". EquityHealth members buy Shares
or an employer provides Shares to the member, and then the EquityHealth member chooses their set of benefits
from the open market, allowing the EquityHealth Member to select the products and services that best suit their
needs and lifestyle.
One of the options we suggest members take advantage of is flat rate annual pricing from providers. This is
called Concierge, Boutique, or membership medical practices, at EquityHealth, we call it good business. There
are some pricing suggestions we make, but the provider must set their own price. These flat rate programs allow
you to collect a set amount up front, prior to care delivery. The enable the EquityHealth member to visit the
provider they choose whenever necessary within the confines of their agreement.
The EquityHealth program enables the provider to become a Medical Home. The key to a successful medical
home is care coordination. EquityHealth coordinates the care for all of our members, so it is built into the plan.
We call these professionals Health Care Agents. Health Care Agents do not give any type of medical advice, they
simply connect providers to the patient, and the patients data, to ensure a seamless care plan.
